Prior to joining Permanent, Serge worked in private equity at Novacap, where he worked on transactions in the TMT space. Serge holds a Bachelor of Commerce in the Honours Investment Management at McGill University (First Degree Honour).

Olivier Cloutier Faucher

Prior to joining Permanent, Olivier worked in investment banking at CIBC, where he was involved in executing M&A and capital markets transactions across a wide variety of industries. Olivier holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance at Concordia University (Dean's Honour List).

Prior to joining Permanent, Paul advised clients on local and cross-border transactions as an M&A and securities lawyer at Fasken, completing over 60 transactions. Paul is a member of the Quebec Bar and holds a License of Law from the University of Ottawa.

Prior to joining Permanent, Jaden worked in Investment Banking at Bank of America, where he was involved in executing diversified M&A. Jaden holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University (First Class Honours).

Prior to joining Permanent, Erica worked in executive search, leading C-suite recruiting mandates across a range of industries. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
